I run a Terraria server with two of my friends, and it's hard to type and play at the same time. I need a program that can voice chat (we don't need video) so we can communicate with each other easier.

Couldn't you just use steam group chat?

Mumble is my favorite for small groups, for like 10+ I prefer Ventrilo.

Steam group chat is the worst because it requires you to have steam open, so you should make sure you aren't downloading updates or games before trying to play terraria and use steam simultaneously.

If it's just the two friends, it'll be better to use Skype than to find or rent a server for Mumble/TeamSpeak/Ventrilo.
