PALADIIIIIINS
Are the most overpowered class in WoW.

Tinypic's forgeted up the borders really bad on the map, and I don't have the time to carefully color it all black again.

Imgur was down when Scout gave me this to put into the OP and now everything's forgeted.

Could we perhaps have a Magicians' Court, where there is an assembly of 3 Magicians that work for the country?  If one dies, they are reincarnated into an infant of whatever race and nation that the late Magician belonged to?

Therefore, you can kill the Magicians, and they would be reborn, and would have all the wisdom and knowledge of past lives before them.  However, they would have to grow up again and only begin magic at age 16.

I think this would serve as a good, balanced system.

Also, the Magicians cannot be the ruler of a country, because that's pretty op if you had an immortal king.

This is a possibility.

Magicians absolutely can be rulers.  Ic is Ic.

Well, I've come up with something I'll most likely stick to:

Magicians can be rulers.

They aren't immortal as Swat had suggested unfortunately.

Magicians have a code they are required to follow.

3 Magicians are elected to join the Court of the Three and are required to hand over their rule to the heir of the faction and move on to total devotion to the Court if accepted.

But that's if Magic passes:

Note, I'll be locking voting at 11 PM, Pacific Time.

Fantasy has passed, as did Magic seeming majority of the votes weren't against it.

So if you guys want, you can get to editing!

Uh it was a tie
8/5, 8 being in favor of fantasy.

In Favor: 3+2+2+1

Against: 1+1+3
