Just going to point out that dotdothexagon used an online iPhone text message creator to make this picture, he never actually talked to Otis. Notice the 100% battery life and the no-anti-aliased text (which Apple never does).

Otis does not have a court case. Otis also is not going to jail (yet). Badspot probably just got sick of his stuff and banned the account.
