You take out your first aid kit and make a half-assed attempt at plugging the wound. Your best guess as to where they've gone is to the undercity; and you can probably go down there to negotiate a release. You probably should get some different clothes though (as to not arouse violence), and it might be a good idea to get some proper medical care.
