IGN has meant In Game Name for along time. And it's not a new acronym, it's quite an old one.

Apparently it was one of the old admins that was removed a long time ago for abuse. Sorry about that. The ban was lifted.

Possibly if you had a dispute with that particular admin in the past, he held a grudge. I have no idea. The important thing is you aren't banned anymore, and that admin is no longer an admin in my server.
