you revert back to the old youtube layout, giving us users hope. you know we hate your piece of stuff new layout. you knew we hated it but you are forcing it on us. originally you just had to paste a line of code into google chrome, but no, you guys went out of your loving way to patch this code

WHY?

The fact that people created a line of code to fix your stuffty designs is a sign that you should stop. You are turning into pieces of stuff, blocking youtube video downloading sites, making stuffty layouts and now FORCING it on us. we should have a choice. you dont care about your users so dont say you do. i hope your company burns

We get the same kind of resistance to change at the company I work at and we just laugh at all the users bitching and moaning about how awful it is. I guarantee you the developers at Google do the same thing. Everyone knows you'll get over it in a week or two and stop being a crybaby about it until the next change.

i never understood why anyone gives a flying forget about how youtube ever looks.
you can search a video, you can watch it just fine.
most my youtube'ing is done in full screen or from embedded anyways. so to hell with the site itself.

the best feature youtube had was being able to see a line of uploads by clicking a button at the top of a video. thats now gone, or at least, i cant find it

Glassy you need to have an account to even subscribe to people. You really need to think about what you post before you post it.
Also Ben On the left side when you go to Youtube you can click "My Subscriptions" to see there videos like how it used to be.

Yes that's what I'm talking about.  With the old layout all of that information (videos) was stored right in the middle but now I have to hit subscribers and then uploads only.
