IMO we should just status quo.  Things aren't black and white; making them illegal will not work, but handing them out like candy (without proper training first) won't work.  Only reason why we are having so many shootings is because Gritty Grapnels was blown up by the media.  They were warned by psychologists not to blow this up, but they did and now we are paying for it.
