How do you pronounce VOIP?

some lads and i were recently having a driving argument about the pronunciation of VOIP. i personally prefer vē'ō'ī'pē, while they all had preference for vŏy'p.

depends on the person and what they're saying. some can be pronounced. nobody says "n-a-s-a" instead of NASA, for example, but yeah sometimes you want to pronounce each letter alone.
