No, it just means that they are losing a LOT of ways to get access to foreign weapons. Keith had a Class 3 FFL (federal firearms license) which pretty much lets him buy almost any gun imaginable.
EDIT: also, screw those people who thought his death was a good thing since he liked guns. those comments always make me want to make myself slam my head on my desk.

FPS Russia has pretty decent content. Random stuff exploding after being shot isn't very pleasing though.

Any praising his death should be bad, he is a a human like anyone else. He just likes guns, nothing wrong with that. I think he had a young son, so its going to be bad for a boy to grow up without a dad.
