Author Topic: Setting key binds to my mouse  (Read 1534 times)

Hey, I recently got the Raza Naga and I have 12 buttons on the side of my new mouse, I was wondering If I can set the numbers 1-5 to my tools list, (like hammer, wrench etc...)

When I press a number from 1-9 it shows the inventory bricks, not the tools, is there any Way I can make my mouse numbers bind to the tools?

Really confusing, I know...

You can use the scroll wheel on your mouse to change the tools, do you need to go to the effort of binding different buttons when you can access the tools with one wheel?

You could probably make a script that binds a button to each slot number. And a complicated script that finds out which number each of the 3 items is in and then binds the button to that number.

You can use this nifty mod to generate as many keybinds as you need that do whatever you want.

Thank you soo much :)

Wait, It's not fixed. I thought it would work, but I cant seem to find out on how I set my numbers on the side of my mouse to 1-5 seeing as the numbers are 1-12 My bricks are 1-9.

And when I press a number on the side of my mouse, it does the same as it would when pressing a number on my keyboard, open up the bricks

When you go into the control manager, are you actually able to set binds using those?  If not, then you are unfortunately out of luck.  If blockland can't even detect them in the first place, that is a problem.

If you have the right drivers for your mouse you might have the ability to bind each button to obscure key combinations. (Like alt + ;) And then just bind the weapon slots to those same obscure combinations.

I love you, Cheers :)
