flu shots are filled with tons of "junk" just to get a reaction out of your immune system, in hopes that it learns to hate anything that is currently going on, like the dead flus/colds virus' they give you.
but what they dont study is how that same effect can cause a person to become allergic to common household or day to day things as they also are eaten/used during the vaccine time.
and the flu shots change every year, adding more new junk, and more strains of stuff.
Oh that is such nonsense. There are lots of misconceptions about flu shots and what they do, there is nothing in them that will give you bizarre side effects or cause allergies, you can rest assured. This is all just junk the anti-vaccine lobby use to scare people to justify not getting the shots.
Flu is too serious to just let people "fight on their own" especially when the immune system will still benefit from a shot, just without you suffering.
I think when you DO get the real flu strain, which you obviously haven't given your flippant attitude to it, you will have no issue getting the shot. I hope you never have to experience the full blown thing though. Sounds like ATKitton just did.
