Well, you can do it several ways. I prefer to write it in Python. Though some may prefer C++, Ruby, and other languages. You'll have to learn a language. Maybe I can write a python script in a bit for you.

the server has the command !NAME which let you rename yourself.
description.txt explains how to use it.
