That's circular reasoning. If not all mutations fit your criteria, and not all human characteristics are natural, your definition of natural is faulty.

no i meant to say that determining whether or not a mutation is natural comes after the fact, if it is maintained through the course of time.  being albino isn't natural because they are extremely sickly people who would likely die very quickly if left without medicines.
