Yeah, I head that jumping height will be lowered. There is a high chance it will happen.

On the topic of jumping:

jumpForce has been set to 840 which is more than enough to clear a three brick high fence.
jumpDelay has been set to 30 to hinder a player's ability to climb walls.

I am working on a way to cripple the ridiculous jump/crouch style of fighting. Right now I have a solution, but there is a bug with crouching under objects. When I fix this single bug, we'll test it and see what kind of experience combat brings. The bug has been fixed and the solution is working optimally. Jumping while crouched is no longer possible and crouching while mid-air does not benefit you during combat.

I might be able to get my PC tomorrow, so we'll be able to update and do more accurate testing on the map.

More building work will be done along with that.

May I ask what vaulting is?

Jumping over an obstacle. This will likely require detection of an obstacle, disabling player input while vaulting and getting the player over the obstacle all in one continuous process.

Compared to jumping, your player is never mid-air. Vaulting is likely used for stealthily maneuvering over obstacles.
