Okay, there's definitely something wrong with him.

I'm 17 and my younger brother is 16. If we fight, we most definitely don't throw valuables at each other, and we most definitely wouldn't break each other's gadgets and such. That should be an absolute no-go for anyone with any maturity and intelligence.
He should pay to repay it if he's broken it significantly.

I think it was that his brother wanted him to put the Wiimote away, and when OP didn't, his brother threw the Wiimote at OP's laptop.
