I was taking my shower and whatever when suddenly everything started going dark and I was feeling that feeling you get when you stand up too fast.

Then a moment later I was on the floor of the shower and my head was throbbing.

I used to be anemic, should I start taking my Iron Supplements again? ;~;

When you are sitting/squatting down for a long time, the blood goes down your body to your legs and stuff, and it just sits there, and standing up makes the blood go all crazy, and you start to black out like this. Kind of like wrapping a rubber band around your finger tightly.

i nearly blacked out one time after my shower, except it was more like a stroke than just passing out.

He could have been knocked out with his mouth open with water spraying in his mouth, filling his lungs, or even fallen on the drain and had the tub fill up.
