I think it doesn't matter of the PC/notebook you have. It's the graphic card. If you want a graphic card I suggest GeForce from nvidea. ATI is too buggy.

Obviously it is a thick cloud cover way up, sun is setting below horizon/ light is reflecting up, causing the surface of the bottom of the clouds to turn pink.
