Last advice.
This is all assuming hypothetically you h e legitimately known her for at least a month. That does not mean knowing her name, that means like texting/facebooking, working together when possible etc.
On a psychological level, if you use "we" when referring to only the two of you, this can get her more associated with the idea of a relationship. My aforementioned teddy bear ex takes a lot of medical classes, including psych, so she and I always did psychological experiments in between 'playtime'
Use the word we. Me and you is okay too, and in some cases better, however grammatically speaking it should be you and I, and that's big; she comes first. Then you. So either say;
We
You and I
Us
Ask her questions too. Get to know her. If your memory is silly putty like mine, there is no shame in jotting down notes in her contact info. I have like 7 paragraphs of notes from teddy bear ex.
