After downloading the file, extract the files within it (right-click > extract to) then browse to your Blockland folder > add-ons > music and drop all the .ogg files in there.

Since the only game I've ever played that had reference to Zelda and Link was the Super Snash Bros. series, I'm probably not the right person to loop them.
