Oh man, I remember when $48 was a small fortune amassed with great care in the dresser drawer of my 13 year old self. I have $61 in tips from doing deliveries from the past two nights I worked on my nightstand right now, I ain't even excited. What I'm trying to say is, wait five years and be willing to work.
Seriously though, your options are realistically fairly limited. You can't go to a store or a business and get a job, even if you have a good work ethic you have to have a fairly enterprising spirit to make money at your age. Try and make connections with family members, friends at school, etc. Just really put it out there that you want to and are willing to work and take any stuff jobs that are offered to you. I started working at a farm as hired help during the summers when I was 14. Made $6.50 an hour and typically worked between 30 and 40 hours a week in the hot sun. Brought home $180 a week and felt like a rich motherforgeter.
So, put it out there that you want to work, a lot, take any stuff job given to you, and do it well and learn from it.
