You talk to the peasants and get a quest.
You set off to find the outlaw.
(Will continue tomorrow, going to sleep)

forget yes a masterwork quality df adventure thread

May I just say this looks awesome.

I blush
Will post the next turn in a second

Thats a long way to go. Is there any specific way as to how you want to approach this journey?
For example: Keep moving from town to town or run nonstop.

Move from town to town. Look for adventurers without arrows in their knee for recruitment.

Also, it'll keep us from the bogeymen

Are you playing this with mods?

No i'm not using mods.
Unfortunately there was not one person who wanted to join you.
To your demise you have been surrounded by rivers and the only way to get
to your destination is to go around. Night is also closing in fast leaving
you with no choice but to stop where you are.

You also are hungry and thirsty.

The best thing to do now is to prepare for the night and try cross this river.

How will you do that?

Swim.

I thought we didn't put any points into swimming? Trying to cross the river would be Self Delete with no swimming skill.

Why not?

Why not?

Because without any points in swimming we would die, unless it was a puddle. I mean we could try, but idk it seems like a crazy idea to me...
