the beta allows you to play the city for an hour. after the hour, you have to restart. you can restart as many times as you want.

One of the huge points of this game imo is the ability to make lovey, realistic, roads.

They have a lot of work to achieve that.

Hm, I have a question, if I have a origin installer from about 2012, and then I use it, would it install the older origin then update it?

Yes they are very high end.

Realistically no you probably couldn't play min.
