How would you pirate the game if there was hardly any sources in the 90s?
I highly doubt these are the exact instructions, but:
1) Put rom that you got from some shady ass motherforgeter friend of your friend on computer
2) load it on a sega genesis cartridge
3) put it in the super scooper pooper slot
4) hope the game isn't protected with "Buy this game, or die" messages.
Off-topic, but related to pirated cartridges:
Apparently my dad and his brother really had fun times modding and pirating games for NES. There is still an ugly grey cartridge of bart vs the space mutants in my NES game shelf. What's strange, is that instead of cutting the fourth pin on the region chip, my uncle rewired 2 spots together on the top side of the motherboard of an older NES i don't play with anymore.
I hope i don't get banned for breaking the piracy rule for this, since there are tutorials of doing this stuff all over youtube and none of those videos have been flagged for criminal activity.Oop, NES is abandonware.
