Your admin application form could lead you to some really forgeted up members you'll regret letting into your clan. Anything starting with "Will you" is useless to put in there because literally everyone apping who sincerely wants to be in your clan will say yes. "How good is your forum reputation?" is something you should determine, not the applier. "How will you use your admin?" shouldn't be there because there should just be set expectations for how one should use his or her admin.
Some problems for just apping for the clan as well. Mentioning how many servers you've trolled? I'm sorry, but I see no point in that being there. Even saying you've trolled one server just spills bad rep all over the application, and if that's what you blacklist people for, I say just deny the application and if he or she harasses any further, blacklist. What I said about forum reputations and the "Will you" parts earlier apply here as well. And the part about go kart DMing, look at what I said about "Will yous", replacing "yes" with "they're willing".
Also, your blacklist should be listing people who have forgeted up their reputation recently. I'm talking of course about Lord Tony. I can see that Furdle, Hodototman, and Fungusamongus blew their chance with you, so it's okay to leave them on there. However, Lord Tony hasn't really done anything awful recently. I say wait a little bit and if he happens to do anything in that time span, you can put him back on there.
Keep in mind I'm not trying to bash your clan or start anything with you. Of course you can decide not to listen to me, but I just want to try and polish your clan a little bit.
