Downloading files on server gets stuck most of the time.

So I'm joining a server and I need to download files, everthings fine until the last 20 or 25 files, it gets stuck. I'll keep having to join and rejoin until it starts moving again, and by then I usually get banned for "leave/joining spamming".

Any ideas? Help?

This might sound stupid, but if the server is running RTB, check what mods the server has, and download some. If it doesn't fix it, it might at least help.

Does it happen on only one server?
Then the problem is on the server side.

Does it happen on all servers?
Then the problem is on your side.

I had this happen to me. Except mine crashes.

It's the server's fault. The dumb-ass admin downloaded an add-on that is stuff and probably broken.

If this happens to every server you join, your firewall/anti-virus might be blocking connections.
