Goto the first link, it should be an asian website

Step4
Scroll to about half page, Then there will be a textbox to enter text into

Enter www.blockland.us/smf

Step6
Browse Forum

1. Christian School/Religious school

3. Elementary School.

Do you have access to the settings of the browser? Could possibly work it so that will connect to a proxy, but most likely any proxy is black listed... Could always set up one at your house, but they'll be block soon after soon as you use it.

why go on blockland from school? school is for learning (which many of you need (most of us english(this is a forum not english class(yes i know i do type bad(C-C-Combo breaker!)))))
