Wedge, somehow i seriously doubt you do absolutely nothing of this nature in any way. Everyone does things that are technically illegal, even if they don't know it.

It isn't illegal. Also, I'm usually too busy using all of the cool state-of-the-art programs on the computer that I could never afford to bother browsing the Internet, which I can do at home without having my every site logged, and at twice the speed.
In fact, if my estimates are correct, the cost to purchase the same software bundle for my computer would be $31,065.
Also, Since im paying the taxes (parents) im paying for my education, and my right to browse the internet at school.
You have the right to use the Internet for its intended purpose for which it was purposed. You can't go to a public library and take all of the books because your taxes helped pay for it, you have to follow the rules.
In any case, go ahead and browse forums/download music/play games, I don't really care. :)
