The report to moderator button is gone because whoever reviewed ur last couple hundred of stuffty reports thought you were handicapped, thus taking privileges away.

Chances are, op has done it too. Ripping on the korean language in a server full of koreans could even be seen as satire by some. Not very original satire but satire nonetheless
