Suggest Me Good Keyboards

Do you REALLY need macro keys? I have a $100 keyboard with 12 macro keys that I thought I would need because wowe marketed 2 gamers i gota have it! ... turns out I've never used any of them.

i have a trackball mouse and i don't understand what the big deal is about it, the only times i've had problems with it is when i haven't cleaned it out in like a month
