There should be a weapon that steals people panties.  Maybe there could be something like a seperate panty health that one it's gone using the panty vacuum will steal their panties.  And you can steal the panties off of any dead body.  This is a great idea.

I agree with this as long as it's only proving that you have managed to kill that person, kinda like that one game where everytime you kill someone you gain their "head" and you can sell it and stuff cause it represents that you killed them. Also when they have a bounty in that game, you give them the head and earn the money for it.
