Ok first of all we do hit him with sniper... And second we can't drive his jeep in water cause 1. He would die he would just come back on the track without dieing and snipe us all 2. we wouldn't have time to get out and hop on his as he kills us with assault rifle...

That sounds more like Dark Bullet, he never drives, he just gets a sniper rifle and tries and kill everyone who's racing like if its a sniper DM, I wonder if he changed his name to usopp.
