Any building tutorials?

I was wondering if anybody had any tutorials or guides to becoming a better builder. My building skills are horrible and id like to improve them.

Think of something, divide into simpler geometry, apply bricks where appropriate and bam you're done. You need good spatial cognitivity as well.
