Some things to fix, OP:
1. Bad grammar.
2. Overuse of colors.
3. Biased poll. (note how there's no negative options, and the positive options are a bit vauge or silly.)
4. Acting like your server is more important that it is.
4a. Keeping track of how many 'chances' people have to apply, especially when they're just making fun of you.
4b. Saying your server is going to be great, when no one has any way of knowing that.
5. Not getting when people are making fun of you.
6. Too much emphasis on administration. You only really need one or two admins, and they should be people you already knew well.
HAH, who are you to be Judging me, have you ever been the co-host of a pretty popular server, and there IS a "i dont like it" vote, except everyone that didn't loving play it was voting NO!
