Author Topic: Why isnt there a moon in the daycycle?  (Read 2343 times)

I just sort of noticed this now after all this time, there is a sun but then there isn't a moon when the sun comes down. There should be a moon, why wasn't it added in the first place? Moon could cast a very transparent or light shadow or something.

badspot got lazy or decided to add it later

We're not on earth, we're on Venus.

They probably didn't have time to add that to the update. I mean, it'd be two daycycles wouldn't it, technically? I'm no coder, but it'd seem like that.

because we're on the moon

because we're on the moon
then why are there clouds if theres not atmosphere?

Why would the moon cast a very transparent light/shadow if the Moon does not cast any light at all, it's the sun casting light onto the moon that reflects to us, making it appear bright.

Irrelevant.

And people.. it's pretty obvious this is the "Truman show".

because we're on the moon
That explains why we jump so high.

Well in-game you can't exactly make the light from the sun reflect off of the moon, so if you're going to have a moon, you're kind of going to have to make the moon emit light.

NO stuff

Because you can only have one light source that casts shadows.
