Out of curiosity, why didn't you have a pool of people rather than a backup team? So if one person can't make it instead of having one or two people to choose from, you have a group of possible fillers.

Well, it isn't really a backup team, it really is used as a pool of people. I just made it look like a team becasue that's much easier for me to understand and organize.
