The screen is not supposed to be cutting edge, it's supposed to have good touch sensitivity and durability. It's like a mini laptop.

forget, I'm stuck with a DSi. It's good, but no Nintendo Network for me. :(

But over the summer my family will probably get the Wii U. When the warranty expires on that thing, I will homebrew like there's no tomorrow!

It's a small console. It's not gonna have the best quality. However, I'm satisfied with the graphics card and quality of graphics. I swear, I'm loving dumbfounded that the DS can run its games perfectly when most PCs (Emulators) and Wiis (Using homebrew emulators) lag and have horrible framerate.

That's completely normal. I would not expect the DS to have Vector graphics.
