Even though they just made a new game and there's another game coming out for it?

Ok.

I didn't mean that Mario is stupid, I just mean its old, and not fun anymore,

Take what gloss said and change it to Zelda. Same rule applies here too. It's old and not fun anymore. Each Zelda game is the exact same thing, each pokemon game is the exact same game and there is always going to be 1 mario platformer out of 20 mario spin off sports games and such.

Nintendo haven't came out with a new creative IP in years and they are just porting and rehashing.

The DS has pretty stuffy specs compared to other Mobile Consoles and Smartphones.
No.

loving.

stuff.

That console is from <2004- not even 5 years from the release of Gameboy Advance that had 16 bit 2D graphics.

I'm not getting hostile, i'm trying to get my point across. And if you bought the 3DS for just Pokemon, well. That was a waste. Pokemon is just the same thing over and over, just will new characters and Pokemon added.
So what is supposed to be different about it?

I thought the point of Pokemon was to catch NEW pokemon.
And the goal of sequels to video games is to see NEW characters.

You are exactly wrong.

Have you played any LoZ game ever?

I haven't bought it yet. I, a young man, cannot make money spring out of nowhere.

You guys are pushing me from it. Well I have an option.
I can try... to persuade a woman that my mom knows to have her son trade me.

Have you played any LoZ game ever?

Run around, attack shrubs for money, go to at least 6-8 temples and then final boss time. That sums up basically every Zelda game in existence.

I meant 3DS smartass.

It is, but not when they do the same stuffy thing over and over.

You could say that about literally any game ever made.

All you have to do is take out the story, gameplay, and economic system of the game and you have your response.

Have you played at least two LoZ games?

That stuffty thing that none of you cans seem to explain properly.

Even though it is repetitive, the magic of Zelda is that the game combines side and main quests. Take skyward sword for example. The way you progress trough temples you gain items to do sidequests in Skyloft, and from those sidequests you can get items to complete the next temple.

Oh my god, Pokemon is so stupid. All you do is run around in a stupid world catching pokemon then battling over people with them. Game ends. New game comes, same thing, with like, a few new pokemon and stuff. It so dumb.

Or they could do something completely different like Majora's Mask which in my opinion was the most unique Legend of Zelda game I ever saw that didn't follow the same basic formula with the other 20+ games that play exactly the loving same.

skyward sword

That is basically a rehashed Ocarina of Time game.

GTA III is in no way comparable to Pokémon HG. Seriously dude.

Are you handicapped?

It's an open world game. You can do anything you loving want and there's good story, cool cities, fun ways of exploring, etc...

No.
Open those nostalgia blinders. Melee isn't better than brawl and the original Smash Bros isn't better than Melee.

EDIT: Also, Tony and Glass, Your biased debating efforts here are useless since Tarvos has already made up his mind and is defending his decicion and our opinion.

You can't do anything you want.
The story is you want to catch all the pokemon.
All the cities are not memorable
oh I can't get passed this shrub, GOT TO GO FIND ANOTHER WAY!
etc

Every game was different from another.
In terms of gameplay, items, and story

You could actually like... explain what makes them the same instead of listing a few similarities the game shares.

That's like saying CoD is losing its touch because all you do is shoot people to gain XP.

Without an argument, suggest games for me.

I think:

Majora's Mask,
New Super Mario Bros & Super Mario 64,
Mariokart
pilotwings if i get a 3ds
Pokémon - that much I know.
