He is very cold, and half-starved. I don't think he's very happy to be inside, as he keeps grunting and giving me nasty looks.

I'm going to go get him vaccinated tomorrow, and then get him a collar. Until then, I'm just gonna keep him warm. The problem is that I don't know what rocks eat, and he doesn't want milk or carrots.

Plus, I need to come up with a name for him. My parents don't want to keep him, so I'm trying my best to convince them :(

IIRC rocks like spinach, chard and other leafy greens. Perhaps you could try feeding him those?

Try feeding him some protein rich leafs from a tree, and if that doesn't work, take him to the vet immediately, he is sick and is running out of rock protein
