Because I'm really going to swim in winter. I loving love swimming, and I do it as often as possible, but sadly I can't do it half of the year, so I stick mostly with weights.

I am in a family of four, myself included.. My father is unwilling to take me to pools, and doesn't have the money to buy an indoor pool. My first brother lives in my father's basement and is too lazy to bring me. My other brother has work every day and doesn't get a chance, and still wouldn't bring me if he had time.

Believe me, I've tried.

Mkay.

My favorite album to listen to when I run, lift or throw shot is Renegades by Rage.

I mean think about listening to this song right when you're starting a run: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOwutDkZeUo

It's making my richard wiggle a bit with the thoughts of mad fitness right now.
