Step 2: Look at your address bar, copy everything starting a topic=
Step 3: Quote a post from a non-locked topic for a template and change the name:

Step 4: Replace the topic=blahblah with the topic=blahblah you copied from the address bar
Step 5: Get the time of the post and use an Unix timestamp converter
Step 5: Get the time offset from your profile, multiply it with 60 and substract from the timestamp you got from the converter
Step 6: Replace the numbers after date= with those
Step 7: Done
