Hosting Dedicated?

Does anyone know how to host dedicated anymore? I can't find the program to launch it.

1: Make a copy of the regular blockland shortcut on your desktop and rename it to "Dedicated server" or something you'll recognize it by
2: Right-click the new shortcut and go to properties
3: Go to the "Target" field and add a space and then add

4: Use the new shortcut to start a dedicated server
