Electrk is right in a way. I see what he's doing, it was such crap that it shouldn't exist.

But actually, there was going to be a spin-off called Scrubs: Medical School - or something like that. Point is, there was going to be a spin-off. But ABC didn't like that idea, they thought it was going to be too confusing or something. So what the first season of the spin-off was going to be, was turned into the ninth season.

So in a way it really isn't part of Scrubs. It's more of an expansion pack or whatever, but for a TV Show.
