Bought some Ghirardelli hot cocoa mix the other day, and I have to say it is amazing.

For me there is. I find hot chocolate more... coffee like and sweeter. Cocoa just takes like milk with chocolate. I just like chocolate by itself.

Makes sense.
So I assume chocolate syrup counts as hot chocolate.

I mix milk and chocolate syrup and heat it with the steamer on a latte machine. Best way.
