I think slick and kalph are related to the culprit, so perhaps whoever our "hacker" (assuming that is the case and the IP has changed) is a customer of kalph's, and has had a bad history with slick.
Or it actually is slick and he's beyond handicapped for announcing that. But I wouldn't go with that hunch just yet.
