Usually, glow FX will work no matter what, however, starting maybe an hour ago, if that, they only show up glowing if a light is nearby. How do I fix this?

Check your environment settings. You may have set the ambient lighting or something to a weird value.

I never even touched them, it just randomly started happening.

Did you change any settings or install any mods?

Only addon I installed recently was GSF's terrain

Nevermind, fixed itself. No idea what went wrong.
