The rules are that Weapons are non-refundable. You know this and had asked me around 4 other times before. I get yelled at a lot in my own server for redundant things like Weapon Refunds, Free Weapons, Admin Passwords, and more. It's quite understandable how I can get upset when I repeatedly need to tell the same people no over the same issues.

I just love how everyone refers to their actions before the incidence which required them to be forcefully removed from existence around myself.

Since I ban a lot of people every day, I don't pay particular attention to individual offenses and record them in some-sort of ban databank in my head. But, I do remember you bitching about how sucky my RPG was because it's all 'kill kill' and that there needed to be more things like 'jobs' - When I asked you about what you wanted to add, you started calling me a friend and having your merry way with my lifted swear filter. Being fed-up, I banned you.

Meh, used to be better. I still spend quite a bit of time there but it tends to devolve into a DM in town more than anything.

Personally I think the new Bounty system hurts it more then helps.

What it DOES do is stimulate the economy. I'm thinking of setting a building cost to -2 or something, so builders can get a cash income. Of course, I'd need to do nightly spam patrols.. but meh..

Thats actually a decent idea, but then you get idiots spamming like you said, or creating rediculously complex macros for a wall.

Perhaps allowing items to be sold by private shops? Building tools, or whatever. A second village, with a second no-PK zone.

Even a simple thing like you get auto income that increases with distance from the town, so exploring and taking risks nets you a profit. Hidden treasures, even a dungeon or 2.

These are all off the top of my head.

As is the main topic of this thread, idiot patrol is always going to be the Host's duty. Always.

Don't know where to begin on private shops. I do believe BB is working on a hunger script that allows regular players to set up resturants. I might allow a second village, exclusive to explorers, that has one of those checkpoint spawnbricks so people can set up camp there.

And then what was he supposed to do? Letting your brother use your account to be a pain in the ass is a surefire way to get your account banned, even if you are a saint yourself.

Jobs
Builder: Only Non admin allowed to place bricks +$2 for every Brick planted, $50 bonus for every 100th brick placed, 5 seconds inbetween each brick placement to avoid fast spam

Police: Onlypeople able to set Jail positions $10 for every 5 mins as a Cop $20 for every Criminal Caught $100 bonus for every Fifth Criminal caught, to catch Criminal kill with a police gun (just an ordinary gun but its blue and automatically sends people with criminal status to jail when this gun kills them)

Banker: Only job allowed to set deposit and withdraw bricks

Crimes

Standing in a walkway for more than 10 mins
Swearing over excessivley (more than 5 swears in the same sentance)
killing in a non-Pk zone
spamming chat (more than 3 sentances in the space of 15 seconds
speaking in all capitals (more capital letters than lowercase letters e.g. HI GUYS whats Up)
annoying the admin or any other players (e.g. following, spawn raping, harrassing, advertising things like google.com >.>, being a richard in any other way) will result in a kick

weapons
Mace (police only, the pepperspray kind of mace) makes your screen go fuzzy for 30 seconds

Plastic Explosives (Builder only) can only destroy Baseplates within a 10x10 peg radius, only affects bricks made by your BL ID

and thats just things off the top of my head, and i know most of these have been done before (guildscript, tear gas 'nade, and other things) but i think that these would be cool =P

The new auto-save auto-load file system I have going will actually allow me to permanently set the names of cops. However, I was thinking of letting these cops spawn with guns and also never get bounties. These cops would be hand-selected by myself. Good idea
