Since I ban a lot of people every day, I don't pay particular attention to individual offenses and record them in some-sort of ban databank in my head. But, I do remember you bitching about how sucky my RPG was because it's all 'kill kill' and that there needed to be more things like 'jobs' - When I asked you about what you wanted to add, you started calling me a friend and having your merry way with my lifted swear filter. Being fed-up, I banned you.

If you find something wrong with my logic please feel free to correct me.

Mabye you should star storing your ideas in a "ban Databank" Because thats not what had happened.

Crimes

Standing in a walkway for more than 10 mins
Swearing over excessivley (more than 5 swears in the same sentance)
killing in a non-Pk zone
spamming chat (more than 3 sentances in the space of 15 seconds
speaking in all capitals (more capital letters than lowercase letters e.g. HI GUYS whats Up)
annoying the admin or any other players (e.g. following, spawn raping, harrassing, advertising things like google.com >.>, being a richard in any other way) will result in a kick

Those are all rules, atleast most of them. No further assessment is needed, besides possibly Town-Killing.

weapons
Mace (police only, the pepperspray kind of mace) makes your screen go fuzzy for 30 seconds

Plastic Explosives (Builder only) can only destroy Baseplates within a 10x10 peg radius, only affects bricks made by your BL ID

and thats just things off the top of my head, and i know most of these have been done before (guildscript, tear gas 'nade, and other things) but i think that these would be cool =P

Builder: Only Non admin allowed to place bricks +$2 for every Brick planted, $50 bonus for every 100th brick placed, 5 seconds inbetween each brick placement to avoid fast spam

Police: Only people able to set Jail positions $10 for every 5 mins as a Cop $20 for every Criminal Caught $100 bonus for every Fifth Criminal caught, to catch Criminal kill with a police gun (just an ordinary gun but its blue and automatically sends people with criminal status to jail when this gun kills them)

The new auto-save auto-load file system I have going will actually allow me to permanently set the names of cops. However, I was thinking of letting these cops spawn with guns and also never get bounties. These cops would be hand-selected by myself. Good idea

And then what was he supposed to do? Letting your brother use your account to be a pain in the ass is a surefire way to get your account banned, even if you are a saint yourself.

Hey, I never said that you can't do whatever you want with your account. I'm just saying that there's no way to ban just your brother when he is sharing an account with you. So if your brother is acting up, both of you will be punished, not by choice, but because of technical limitations.

If you ever came into one of my servers, though, I'd ban you immediately, because you are acting like a real  .

Change your password and get a second account. Accounts are free. Email addresses for accounts are free. My brother has his own account.

You have to take responsibility for what is said on your account and who uses it.

Suggestions/bugs:

• The shuriken is too powerful, resulting in everybody becoming ninjas. Make it slower or have it damage you less.
• People abuse the safe zone, stepping in and out to avoid being killed. Put a small (maybe five second) delay before zone changes take effect when you step in or out of the zone.
• Put a checkpoint bunker in town (or change the initial spawn points to work as check points, too).
• Make printers available to anyone.
• When entering town by horse, the zone changes don't take effect for some reason.

Ya know.......i was on that server and have this to say.......usally you cannot be killed by someone else unless you are in a mini game,so why is there a rule no killing in town? i didnt get thrown into a default mini game,wear all white while bulding? duh if im not in a mini game how can someone else kill me?....just kinda redundent.
