I was taught not to throw things at people's houses at a young age.
Particularly stones. You don't want to break a window or hurt someone.

And ice can easily be as hard as a stone (and if you're scraping it off of the floor, it's not unlikely it has pieces of stone in it).

I told my mom about it and told her I was going to call the school but she said she wants to handle it when she gets home. I originally wanted to post there info all over 4chan and stuff but I don't want to ruin there lives forever and I think that's illegal.
