I didn't say he had to, I just thought that as its my first real attempt at pixel art he should be more lenient.

I think you have the rating concept wrong, if the OP wants you to rate 1/10 for example, the rate may be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10
