When I animate in blender, it looks like this:
But in-game, it looks like this:
Help?
(sorry for blur in 2nd pic, DOF automatically enabled while crouching. But you can see what went wrong)

It may be a problem with your the Priority of the animation, not entirely sure if this is the case.
also: Is the right arm messed up as well?

Priority is fine, I checked.
Right arm is not messed up though.

What version of blender is that? Try updating.

The DTS exporter is for Blender 2.49 because nobody on here wants to Python script a DTS exporter for Blender 2.6.

Well you need an armature modifier. After you've added it uncheck envolopes and check quarternion.
